  [h3 customclass="white-txt uppercase heading medium-small-txt no-pad-bottom" ]Back Story[/h3] Newstead Central’s St Tropez consists of 231 luxury apartments located in one of Brisbane’s fastest growing inner-city suburbs. The client engaged us to kick start their rental campaign and boost tenancy rates in this brand new development, coordinating a cohesive campaign across a mix of mediums, raising awareness for St Tropez as well as promoting a limited-time incentive offer. [h3 customclass="white-txt uppercase heading medium-small-txt no-pad-bottom" ]Brand Story[/h3] Market research was undertaken to explore the customer journey and gain insight into the internal sales process to help the team capitalise on lead generation and address potential barriers to successful outcomes. We strategically created all the collateral in the campaign that spanned across flyers, EDMs, Spotify and online advertising to engage with the core demograph. Since the campaign began, we have successfully spiked consumer enquiries which were converted to 85% of the required apartments leased in the first few weeks, saving the company millions of dollars in additional outgoings.
