An environment encompassing holistic well-being through atmosphere, design and architecture is taking shape. The advantageous location paired with a healthy work environment and curated dining establishments, presented Prodigy+ the challenge to create an elite campaign strategy, amplifying the works of O’Neil Architecture and the Pellegrino Group Australia. The Eminence brand required connectivity across all platforms in order to capture the attention of an intellectual, cultured and time-conscious market. [h3 customclass="white-txt uppercase heading medium-small-txt no-pad-bottom" ]Brand Story[/h3] Prodigy+ ran a series of workshops in order to gain key insight towards the building’s functionality and the needs of a rising professional market. The strategy was built on the principles of Brisbane’s high-functioning business-people; cultivated, articulate and thoughtful in presentation. The identity itself defines a place of established intelligence amid an architectural ecosystem, inspiring elite performance and social connections. The photography direction captures a deep focus plus holistic vision to engage with a highly ambitious character. An aspirational Tone of Voice and progressive visual language merge together with digital undertones to represent interconnected energy. Prodigy+ collaborated closely with MR. P Studios on the art direction for the renders, this encapsulated the building’s style, integrated natural elements and architectural aesthetic. Prodigy+ also created a digital brochure, hoardings, billboards and a website; to form a campaign that instils an ever-evolving culture that connects the elite and ignites an energy and purpose to achieve at 89 McLachlan Street.
