[h3 customclass="white-txt uppercase heading medium-small-txt no-pad-bottom" ]Back Story[/h3] CUA is an award winning Australian credit union offering solutions to over 500,000 customers in helping manage their finance. Prodigy+ were commissioned by the CUA Internal Comms team to translate and articulate the vision, pillars and core values of the brand into a new identity of warmth and welcoming for employees. This internal strategy was delivered through the development of campaign material that would enhance staff experiences, called ‘146’. One, stands for one vision, to be Australia’s mutual leader in growing the financial well-being of digitally active members by 2023. Four, represents the four company pillars; to deliver great experiences, grow the member base and remain always adaptable and scalable. Six, exemplifies the six KCA’s, being Deliver, Genuine, Members, Challenge, Action and Growth.   [h3 customclass="white-txt uppercase heading medium-small-txt no-pad-bottom" ]Brand Story[/h3] Prodigy+ adapted CUA’s visual language, integrating a human-centric persona with a warm playful character that allowed the illustrative style to move throughout the messaging, motivating employees to envision their brand with being their best. Both the brand video and digital materials are highly connective, representing a positive nature of coming together, achieving and contributing with one key goal in mind. Deliverables include an infographic poster, a 10 page digital booklet that captures the key highlights and achievements of CUA’s culture program and a 146 brand video. The new 146, CUA brand video concept was initially story boarded, illustrated and produced in-house at Prodigy+.
